Overview
We are seeking talented individuals to work as part of our Services team, performing software installation, and value-added Services to our growing client-base. The Systems Consultant role utilizes their technical knowledge in areas such as networks, web servers, virtual servers, web services, and database servers to configure customer environments. It is a true consulting role, bringing expertise to our clients, when it often is lacking on the client-side.
In addition, the Systems Consultant consults with our clients to enable their IT team on the knowledge of our software’s environment and required duties.
- Work alongside our clients’ IT departments before and during software implementations to correctly align multiple systems to work with our software, solving their unique needs
- Leverage your knowledge of networks, operating systems, application servers, virtual servers, cloud infrastructure and database servers to create the best environments for our software.
- Combine your analytical ability and problem-solving skills to solve problems such as system connections, environmental performance, or ongoing system management
- Communicate, both in-person and through technical documentation with clients, on their environmental needs and configuration
- Provide Support services to our clients in a production environment, when escalated
- Demonstrate and provide outstanding customer and employee relations at all times
- Disciplined in approach to work product completion and timelines
- Must have analytical thought processes to make independent decisions
- Ability and willingness to work extended hours on a sporadic basis (during certain days on a client implementation) as required
- Ability and willingness to work on multiple assignments/projects in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Ability and willingness to work independently
- Ability to effectively formulate and communicate ideas
- Bachelor's degree in technical or business field
- Proficient with Active Directory, IIS, MS SQL Server.
- Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a project team structure
- Ability to work on-site at client locations throughout North America
- Travel Expectations: 30%
- Ability to pass stringent background investigations, required
- Clean driving record, required
