This role combines creativity, systems thinking, and data awareness to build digital experiences that are both visually compelling and performance-optimized for client outcomes.

Role Purpose

The Web Designer will design, prototype, and refine website layouts, user flows, and content structures that enhance usability, engagement, and generative visibility. This role bridges design and strategy, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and marketing analysts to ensure the product experience aligns with both brand standards and measurable performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain high-quality website layouts, landing pages, and component systems with a strong focus on usability, clarity, and conversion.
  • Translate brand identity and business goals into responsive, accessible, and performance-driven digital interfaces.
  • Create design systems, style guides, and reusable design components compatible with our platform development standards.
  • Conduct user journey mapping, wire framing, and prototyping to validate design direction and improve user flow efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.
  • Apply UX research findings and analytics data to continuously refine visual and interaction design.
  • Contribute to testing and evaluation of design changes, measuring impact on engagement and search performance.
  • Support content alignment and visual hierarchy in accordance with generative optimization principles.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of professional web design experience with demonstrated UX leadership in commercial web projects.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind).
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and modern web usability best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively within agile and cross-functional teams.
  • Portfolio demonstrating UX design process, systems thinking, and measurable project impact.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and their implications for web experience and search optimization.
  • Experience designing for component-based CMS or headless web environments.
  • Knowledge of data visualization and interaction design principles.
  • Comfort interpreting analytics tools such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Hub Spot reporting.
