• Manage funding transactions, balances, reconciliations, risks, and inter-departmental collaborations specific to technology interests, including bond projects and Universal Service Fund and Libraries (E-Rate).
• Advise Executive Director of Information Technology regarding financial matters related to technology bond projects.
• Keep project owners, stakeholders, team members and external departments informed about project financial status through reports, budget analysis, cost forecasts, and risk assessments.
• Continuously review budgeting processes and tools and implement changes as appropriate.

• Education:
  
  High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, computer information systems, management information systems, or equivalent information technology experience preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Seven years’ experience working with budgets and funding specific to Information Technology.
