We are now looking for a talented System Analyst to be part of our dynamic team based at our headquarters in One Island East. The incumbent will be a member of the Information Technology Department to manage the implementation and support of core enterprise applications.

• Engage with business stakeholders to collect, analyze, and validate business and system requirements
• Perform hands‑on development tasks, including application enhancement, feature implementation, and microservices development
• Conduct system analysis, troubleshoot application issues, determine root causes, and implement appropriate corrective measures
• Provide production support to business users, including incident handling, inquiry resolution, and coordination of support activities
• Plan, coordinate, and execute system deployments, upgrades, patches, and configuration changes in accordance with established procedures
• Maintain system documentation, technical specifications, and operational procedures to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements

• University graduate in Information Technology, Computer, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system development, application implementation, or enterprise solution support
• Hands‑on technical proficiency in:
  • Java, Spring Boot
  • Vue.js and/or Angular
  • RESTful API development and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and Dev Ops tools such as Jenkins, Argo CD, and CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of web application development, including performance optimization, testing practices, and fundamental UX/UI concepts
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
• Experience working directly with business users to provide technical clarification and support
• Exposure to C#, .NET MVC, Android development, Ionic, or Flutter will be considered an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
