We are looking for a Network and Systems Engineer to provide operational support for both on‑premises and cloud infrastructure, ensuring the stability, security, and availability of IT services. Key responsibilities will include managing cybersecurity vulnerabilities and threat intelligence, monitoring systems, and handling incidents to maintain efficient operations. The position supports the implementation of TVM policies, conducts vulnerability scans and security assessments, and works closely with security, system, and application teams to deploy controls, remediate risks, and address EOL/EOS systems.

The role also oversees the operation of ITSM, CMDB, SIEM, and other security platforms to ensure accurate configuration data and effective security monitoring.

• Provide operational support for on premises and cloud infrastructure, as well as security solutions.
• The role includes cybersecurity vulnerability & threat intelligence management, monitoring IT services, incident handling, and responding to system issues to ensure high availability, stability, and efficient operations. The Engineer will also contribute to delivering IT solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in supporting the new TVM policy and processes.
• Assist the security team in conducting vulnerability scans, penetration tests and red team attack simulations.
• Work with security team and application owners to deploy and maintain appropriate security controls and address identified vulnerabilities.
• Work with the system and application owners to execute the risk mitigation strategy for the End of Life (EOL) and End of Support (Eos) systems.
• Monitor and document the progress of vulnerability remediation efforts, ensuring that vulnerabilities are addressed in a timely manner
• Manage and operate ITSM, CMDB, SIEM, and other security operations platforms to ensure accurate configuration data and effective security monitoring

• Degree holder in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ hands on experience in network/system administration with exposure to security operations
• Solid knowledge of security technologies, including:
  • Microsoft Defender, EDR solutions, SIEM platforms, Tenable vulnerability scanners
  • Enterprise operation tools such as Intune, SCCM, ITSM platforms, BMC Helix CMDB discovery, BCM and TSA
• Practical experience administering Windows and Linux systems, managing hybrid identity (AD/AAD), ADFS/SSO, and supporting cloud environments
• Microsoft, Cloud and Security certification is an advantage
• Understanding of threat intelligence, incident response frameworks, and the vulnerability management lifecycle is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a customer focused mindset
• Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Good communication and teamwork skills
