Senior Network Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in network infrastructure design and implementation
• Strong understanding of network protocols and security standards, including HIPAA
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage cross‑functional projects
• Availability for on‑call support during business hours and after hours as needed

• Lead the planning and execution of network projects to meet client goals
• Deliver technical support to various departments and external clients to resolve issues and ensure service quality
• Provide strategic technical planning for users and internal departments
• Conduct on‑site visits and support across hospital locations and remote clinics as required
• Design, configure, and implement network solutions with a focus on minimal disruption to services
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and operational requirements in all network specifications
• Maintain network software systems at optimal performance levels according to vendor guidelines
• Create and update comprehensive documentation for network hardware and software configurations
