oBachelor's degree preferred in:

oEquivalent combination of education and relevant experience considered

oPrior experience supporting or testing enterprise applications
oExperience working in a business systems analysis or software testing role
oExposure to project-based work within cross-functional teams
oFamiliarity with desktop applications and hardware environments
oExperience with Maximo, Pragma

CAD, and experience using Dev Ops (formerly known as TFS) test module.
oAt least 1 year of testing experience.

Technical Skills

* Ability to design, document, and execute moderate to complex software test cases

* Experience assisting with test planning and execution

* Strong SQL query skills, including creating and maintaining simple to moderately complex queries and reports

* Experience analyzing data to support system users and stakeholders

* Understanding of:
oBusiness processes
oFunctional requirements
oFunctional system designs

* Ability to identify, research, analyze, and troubleshoot systems or software issues

Business & Analytical Capabilities

* Intermediate-level understanding of the business unit(s) supported

* Ability to:
oDefine and document system specifications
oEvaluate system efficiency and process integrity
oPerform business analysis tasks as part of a project team

* Comfortable reviewing and interpreting:
oSystem reports
oTechnical documentation
oManuals, journals, and correspondence

* Skilled in developing clear operating procedures and system documentation

Physical & Logistical Requirements

* Valid driver's license preferred

* Mobility to travel within and around office facilities system-wide

* Ability to:
oCommunicate and exchange information effectively
oConduct oral presentations
oMeet visual and physical demands necessary to perform job duties

* 2 Temp Manual Software Test Analysts. located in Tulsa, OK with a hybrid schedule (the hybrid schedule would only be roughly 1 day remote. 9 months with potential for extension.

* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
