Role SummaryThis position will manage Financial and Supply Chain applications and guide the transition from Oracle EBS to Cloud based platforms. The IT Supervisor of Financial and Supply Chain Systems will lead an IT team responsible for system setup, security, integrations, reporting, and change management. This role, in collaboration with stakeholders, will spearhead digital transformation efforts to streamline processes, enhance employee experience, and deliver data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in cloud-based implementations, strong leadership skills, and a passion for transforming legacy processes to modern architecture.
- Supervise and direct employees in the planning and delivery of one or more technologies which are integral to the delivery of IT services.
- Supervise and direct employees performing Financial Systems and Supply Chain Systems related activities.
- Oversee team defining tactical activities and processes to address issues with Financial and Supply Chain technologies.
- Provide input into long‑term strategies as defined by IT Leadership.
- Work directly with vendor representatives to ensure support and response for areas of responsibility.
- Collaborate with other leadership to ensure the technologies are deployed and available to meet requirements for projects or overall strategic direction.
- Provide detailed status of support activities or problem management to impacted parties.
- Ensure technical resources are knowledgeable about expected service levels for services relying on technology supported by their areas.
- Help with definition and implementation of service level metrics.
- Help define or update new IT policies and procedures.
- Provide detailed information about resources or technology maintenance contracts in support of financial forecasting.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or other related field or an equivalent combination of formal education and/or work experience.
- 1-3 years' experience leading a team supporting Financial and Supply Chain applications and other applicable technologies.
- Direct the activities of an IT department, including planning, budgeting, personnel development and other administrative functions.
- Identify, prioritize, and negotiate application support and project requirements with process owners and key business segment leadership.
- Experience managing cloud software implementation projects.
- Manage integrated solutions that support multiple business functions including understanding of Finance and Supply Chain business processes and related technology that supports those processes.
- Demonstrated ability guiding the business towards strategic solutions, ensuring business leadership has a clear understanding of the cost/benefit of the solution.
- Experience managing the system development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, RFP development, software evaluations, project methodologies, testing and deployment.
- Experience with the application of math, algebra, and statistical methods.
- Experience in use and function of office equipment including computers and applicable software.
