Software Test Analyst – Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States

Pay Rate: $46/hour

Contract Length: 9 months (with potential for extension)

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Work Type: On-site

We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Test Analyst to support enterprise systems through testing, issue tracking, and business analysis. This role works closely with business and development teams to ensure system functionality, efficiency, and data integrity.

• Perform system testing activities and track defects/issues for supported business applications
• Define, document, and maintain system specifications, including business processes and functional requirements
• Collaborate with business and development teams to build working knowledge of supported systems
• Design and execute moderate to complex software test cases
• Assist with test planning and test execution activities
• Recommend system enhancements and procedural improvements
• Create and maintain basic to moderately complex SQL queries and reports
• Provide data analysis tools for system users and stakeholders
• Participate in business analysis activities as part of project teams
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
• (Equivalent education and experience will be considered)
• Experience with enterprise-level applications
• Experience supporting desktop applications and hardware
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in SQL queries and data reporting
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate systems software issues
• Experience reviewing technical documentation, system reports, and manuals
• Ability to develop system procedures, documentation, and reports
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to present information to individuals and groups
