Key Responsibilities- Partner with business units to identify opportunities and deliver end-to-end Microsoft Power Platform solutions
- Design, build, support, and optimize applications and automations using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio
- Own Power Platform solutions throughout the full lifecycle, from intake and design through deployment and ongoing optimization
- Implement, support, and maintain Power Platform governance and Center of Excellence (CoE) practices including standards, guardrails, and monitoring
- Manage and support managed environments and platform best practices
- Enable and guide citizen developers through documentation, standards, and collaboration
- Act as a subject matter expert for Power Platform capabilities across the organization
- Support evangelization and adoption of Power Platform solutions with business stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering enterprise solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong hands‑on expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio
- Experience implementing or supporting Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) frameworks
- Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions
- Solid understanding of Power Platform governance, managed environments, and best practices
- 2–3 years of direct Power Platform experience with 5–7 years of overall technology experience
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Mid‑level Power Platform professional (not a super senior role)
- Self‑starter who takes ownership of work and prioritizes effectively
- Comfortable interfacing directly with business units
- Curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow within the Power Platform ecosystem
- Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering business value
