Job Responsibilities- Support testing, validation, and issue tracking for business applications
- Partner with business and technical teams to understand workflows and system needs
- Document business processes, functional requirements, and system updates
- Create and execute test cases for application enhancements and releases
- Help identify and implement system improvements and process efficiencies
- Build and maintain basic to intermediate SQL queries and reports
- Troubleshoot application issues and support ongoing system maintenance
- Contribute to projects through business analysis, testing, and documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Experience working with enterprise or internal business applications
- Hands‑on experience with software testing or systems analysis
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to document processes, procedures, and findings clearly
- Effective communicator comfortable working with both technical and non‑technical teams
- Pay:
