Job Summary: System One is seeking an Application Administrator to support and maintain People Soft and Oracle EPM Cloud. This role will work under the guidance of a senior application administrator to help expand capacity during the implementation of additional Oracle SaaS products. The role is dedicated full‑time to the Financial Systems product team, which includes technical analysts, engineers, and business SMEs.

People Soft Application Administration experience is required;
Oracle EPM Cloud experience is preferred.

• Administer and support People Soft Finance application
• Support day-to-day operations and troubleshooting application issues
• Coordinate and support quarterly security patching

• Administer People Soft and Oracle Cloud application security and user provisioning
• Support periodic access reviews and audit requests
• Maintain security documentation related to provisioning procedures

• Support analysts in troubleshooting issues with interfaces, batch processes, and scheduled jobs on both People Soft and Oracle Cloud
• Support data integration for Oracle Cloud using EPM Automate, REST APIs, and Data Management
• Troubleshoot data, performance, and connectivity issues
• Collaborate with database, middleware, and infrastructure teams

• 5+ years of experience administering People Soft applications
• Strong understanding of People Soft architecture and application administration
• Experience with People Soft security administration
• Experience supporting quarterly security patching
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Effective communication skills with technical and business stakeholders

• Experience supporting Oracle EPM Cloud, including use of EPM Automate and APIs
• Knowledge of AWS, including S3/Glacier, instance types, security rules
• Knowledge of SQL Server database and always‐on clustering
• Experience with People Soft Integration Broker and dblinks
