Tech Partners is seeking an IT Technician for a full-time, onsite role in Tulsa. This position provides frontline technical support across desktops, devices, networks, and end-user systems. Its a strong fit for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, customer-focused support, and working in a manufacturing environment.

What Youll Do
  • Provide daily technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and updates
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory, email, and business systems
  • Support onboarding/offboarding, including equipment setup and access changes
  • Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and documentation
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when needed
  • Assist with routine maintenance, backups, and security practices
  • Support basic cybersecurity measures (patching, antivirus, MFA)
  • Deliver clear, customer-focused communication to end users
What Were Looking For

Required:

  • Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 1–3 years of IT support or help desk experience
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Mac experience a plus)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred:

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
  • Experience with ticketing systems and IT documentation
  • Exposure to cybersecurity best practices
  • Experience supporting ERP, CAD, or manufacturing software
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Time management and prioritization
  • Attention to detail and documentation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Professional, service-oriented demeanor
  • Location: Tulsa, OK
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
  • Position Type: Full-time, exempt
  • Travel: Local travel between facilities is required
  • Environment: Office + manufacturing floor (PPE required when on the plant floor)
