We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager to lead and manage end-to-end testing efforts for SAP implementations and enhancements. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality system delivery through effective test strategy, planning, execution, and governance. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with SAP testing tools and the ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams in an on‑site environment.

• Coordinate and lead SAP testing initiatives to ensure quality and functionality of SAP modules.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and testing scripts based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing needs and resolve issues.
• Manage testing schedules, resources, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify, document, and track defects, facilitating communication between teams for resolution.
• Ensure testing processes adhere to company standards and best practices.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to testing team members.
• Report testing progress and findings to stakeholders and project managers.

• Proven experience in SAP testing, preferably in a managerial or lead role.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules, testing tools, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to develop comprehensive test plans and documentation.
• Experience managing multiple testing projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications related to SAP or testing are a plus.
