Job Title: Field Service Technician II

Duration: 3 months (Temp to hire)

Location: Tulsa, OK 74101

Schedule: Monday‑thru‑Friday 9 am to 6 pm with an on‑call rotation for weekends and after hours. Will there be OC? Yes

• In‑person position
• Primary responsibilities:
  
  Field dispatch service for break‑fix calls including PCs, laptops, printers, POS, and other assorted products
• Top required skills:
  Ability to show up every day on time, above‑average customer service skills, and verbal, written, and electronic communication
• No shift differentials
• Experience:
  
  1‑2 years field service experience (more preferred); 3‑5 years in a related area is also acceptable
• Certifications:
  
  Current CompTIA A+ required (may consider strong candidate without it, but must obtain); other certifications nice to have
• Contract‑to‑hire conversion rate: $18‑$20 per hour
• Driving:
  Potentially up to 100 miles per day, most days less
• Location radius:
  Within 20‑30 miles of Tulsa Metro

• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals
• Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems
• Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and system groups
• Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed
• Determines and recommends products or services that best fit customers' needs

• Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to travel up to 100 miles per day; located within 20‑30 miles of Tulsa Metro
• Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and electronic
• Customer‑service oriented
