Key Responsibilities:

+ Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, WAN, firewalls, switches, VPNs).

+ Lead or co-lead major infrastructure projects (network redesigns, migrations, hardware upgrades).

+ Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.

+ Implement and maintain network security (firewalls, access controls, patch management).

+ Support Windows Server environments and VMware virtualization.

+ Administer DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.

+ Provide Tier III support for escalated technical issues.

+ Collaborate with IT leadership on infrastructure planning and long-term strategy.

+ Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical incidents.

Requirements:

+ 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise network and systems administration.

+ Strong background in enterprise networking and virtualization (VMware).

+

Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.

+ Familiarity with cloud and hybrid infrastructure is a plus.

+ Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).

+ Preferred certifications:
Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, VMware VCP.

Skills & Attributes:

+ Advanced knowledge of network protocols/services (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP).

+ Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
