Overview
Position:
Senior Salesforce Health Cloud Solution Architect
Location:
Remote - Only EST or CST
Duration: 6+ months with possible extension
This remote role leads the design and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud solutions to transform patient engagement, strengthen provider collaboration, and ensure secure, data-driven insights across the patient and provider journeys.
This is an opportunity to contribute to digital health initiatives and improve experiences across the patient and provider journey.
Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud solutions for enterprise environments.
- Architect and integrate complex systems to support patient engagement, patient support programs, and provider collaboration workflows.
- Design and implement integration solutions involving Salesforce technologies and tools (e.g., Mule Soft, Informatica Cloud, Salesforce Connect, Platform Events, RESTful APIs).
- Define integration patterns, data formats (JSON, XML), protocols (SOAP, HTTP, FTP), and security standards (OAuth, SSL).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, data-driven insights across healthcare ecosystems.
- Proven experience implementing Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud solutions at an enterprise level.
- Strong understanding of patient engagement, patient support programs, and provider collaboration workflows.
- Extensive experience designing and architecting complex integration solutions involving Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration technologies and tools (Mule Soft, Informatica Cloud, Salesforce Connect, Platform Events, RESTful APIs).
- Proficiency in integration patterns, message formats (JSON, XML), protocols (SOAP, HTTP, FTP), and security standards (OAuth, SSL).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Health Cloud Consultant) strongly preferred; other Salesforce Architect certifications are acceptable.
