Experienced Business Analyst with a deep understanding of Over-The-Top (OTT) applications and Smart TVs.

Analyzing, documenting, and improving the performance and functionality of OTT apps on platforms like FireTV, Roku, Apple TV, and Smart TVs using HTML 5 technology.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Provide strategic guidance and insights for OTT apps and Smart TV initiatives. Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including product managers, executives, and development teams, to define the long-term roadmap and align it with business goals and industry trends.

Requirement Analysis and Solution Design: Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements and user needs for OTT apps and Smart TVs. Lead the process of translating requirements into well-defined technical specifications and scalable solutions. Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Platform Compatibility and Integration: Assess the compatibility of our OTT apps and Smart TV interfaces with various platforms, including FireTV, Roku, Apple TV, and Smart TVs running on HTML
5. Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance across different devices and operating systems.

Performance Optimization: Analyze the performance of our OTT apps and Smart TV interfaces by conducting thorough performance evaluations, monitoring key metrics, and leveraging user feedback. Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement to enhance speed, responsiveness, and user engagement.

User Experience Strategy: Drive the development of a superior user experience for our OTT apps and Smart TV interfaces. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to define user experience strategies, conduct usability studies, and implement enhancements in interface design, navigation, and overall user satisfaction.

Business Insights and Analytics: Utilize advanced data analytics tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from user behavior, app usage, and other relevant metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving product performance, monetization strategies, and content curation.

Documentation and Reporting: Oversee the creation of comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories. Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders and senior management.

Mentoring and Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the business analysis team. Share knowledge, best practices, and industry insights to foster professional growth and enhance the overall capabilities of the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional coursework in digital media or user experience design is a plus.
Proven experience as Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong track record in the OTT industry or with Smart TV applications.
Extensive knowledge and expertise in OTT platforms such as FireTV, Roku, Apple TV, and Smart TVs running on HTML 5.
