Responsibilities

The Technical Lead drives the technical direction of our engineering team, ensuring the delivery and ongoing support of scalable, high quality, and reliable software solutions. This role blends hands on engineering, architecture, leadership, and production support ownership, guiding developers through the full lifecycle, from design and build to deployment, monitoring, and operational excellence.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about building and supporting customer facing applications in a highly available, secure, and production ready environment. You will leverage Agile principles, Dev Ops practices, and modern cloud native technologies while ensuring systems meet uptime, performance, and supportability standards by leveraging AI‑enabled capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. A strong problem solver with a balance of technical depth and business awareness will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead a team of onshore and offshore engineers through design, development, code reviews, releases, and production support of .NET applications.
  • Lead large software initiatives from ideation through delivery, deployment, and post production stabilization.
  • Play a critical role in architecture, design, and technical decision making, with a strong emphasis on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Write well designed, well tested, readable, and maintainable code aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Participate in and lead code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and knowledge sharing.
  • Improve adherence to coding standards, test practices, secure coding techniques, and architectural guidelines.

Production Support & Operational Excellence

  • Provide technical leadership for production support, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and defect resolution.
  • Ensure applications meet SLA requirements, including availability, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Dev Ops team to improve monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability.
  • Lead and contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventative measures.
  • Drive performance tuning, capacity planning, and scalability improvements in production environments.
