Your role and responsibilities

As a Customer Success Engineering:
Data Platform - AI professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful adoption and value realization of AI solutions post-sale. This role involves working closely with clients to deliver solutions and drive value realization, leveraging expertise in AI solutions to drive customer success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Solution Delivery:
Ensuring successful adoption and value realization of AI solutions post-sale, driving customer success through effective solution delivery.

* Client Engagement:
Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and ensure the AI solutions meet their expectations, fostering a strong client relationship.

* Value Realization:
Focusing on delivering value to clients through the effective use of AI solutions, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.

Required education

Associate's Degree/College Diploma

Preferred education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

* AI Solution Delivery:

Experience with delivering AI solutions post-sale, ensuring successful adoption and value realization for clients. This involves driving customer success through effective solution delivery and collaboration with clients.

* Client

Collaboration:

Experience working with clients to understand their needs and ensure AI solutions meet their expectations, fostering strong client relationships.

* Value Realization:
Experience focusing on delivering value to clients through the effective use of AI solutions, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.

* AI Expertise:

Experience with AI solutions, leveraging this expertise to drive customer success and deliver value to clients.

* Solution Implementation:

Preferred technical and professional experience
