• 10+ years of experience in Data & AI (advanced analytics, ML, cloud).
• Strong background in project management (PMI, Agile).
• Knowledge of modern data architectures (Data Lake, Data Mesh, Cloud DW).
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with data engineering (ETL/ELT, pipelines).
• Leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with tools such as Databricks, Spark, Synapse, Snowflake, Big Query, Power BI.

• Experience scaling Data & AI consulting teams.
• Background in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Innovation mindset and strong decision-making skills.

• Lead Data & AI projects end-to-end, ensuring excellent delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, KPIs, deliverables, risks, and escalations.
• Oversee talent planning, recruitment, and upskilling programs for technical and soft skills.
• Partner in commercial proposals and RFPs, presenting strategic capabilities to clients.
• Validate technical and economic proposals aligned to business goals.
