delaware North America is looking for a SAP OTC Lead that wants to be part of our team. Position is available immediately!

Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of functional/configuration experience in SAP-SD OTC
• 7+ years consulting experience
• 3+ full lifecycle SAP implementations
• Experience leading teams remotely, onsite and offshore
• Experience in leading blueprint workshops, SAP Configuration, Custom Development, Cutover Activities, Data Migration, Testing and User Training, and Hypercare Support
• Experience interfacing with clients to understand their business requirements
• Ability to troubleshoot systems issues as they relate to OTC/SD
• Flexibility, adaptability, and process improvement approach
• Lead consultant on high-priority shorter term projects
• Conduct workshops to drive design decisions with clear recommendations and leading practices
• Excellent communication and management consulting skills
• Enjoys being hands-on as well as leader
• Ability to produce results independently while working remotely
•

• Flexibility to be based anywhere in Continental US
