About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager with strong AI/ML experience to lead product execution across highly technical initiatives. You’ll work closely with engineering, data science, and leadership to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, product-led environments, understands both systems architecture and business impact, and can bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
Technical Product Manager- Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product strategy for AI/ML-powered systems and features
- Define and manage backlogs, user stories, and technical requirements across infrastructure, APIs, and data platforms
- Collaborate with engineering teams to guide technical decision-making and ensure scalable architecture
- Ensure effective integration of backend services, data layers, and internal APIs
- Serve as the product lead for complex cross-functional initiatives, working with stakeholders across business, engineering, and data science
- Partner with leadership to define and track KPIs, success metrics, and delivery milestones
- Navigate ambiguity and drive structured delivery in evolving product and technical environments
- 5–10+ years of experience in technical product management or similar roles
- Proven background in AI/ML products, with a solid grasp of data pipelines, model deployment, and infrastructure implications
- Strong experience with database systems, infrastructure tooling, and API lifecycle management
- Experience with full-stack systems is ideal — at minimum, should have a deep backend understanding
- Familiarity with Jira, Databricks, and modern data stack technologies
- Experience working in an AdTech or SaaS environment
- Excellent communication skills to align technical execution with business priorities
- Startup or high-growth environment experience is strongly preferred — must be comfortable with iteration, rapid change, and hands-on collaboration
- Experience working with React or frontend systems (not required, but a bonus)
- Previous exposure to cross-functional agile teams with lean delivery practices
