Navanta is seeking a Support Technical Specialist to assist end-users with technical issues in a professional office environment. This full-time position operates Monday-Friday with flexible hours (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Responsibilities include diagnosing problems, assisting users, and troubleshooting technical issues.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of technical experience and a basic understanding of desktop operating systems, networks, and software applications.
Preferred qualifications include two years of experience and relevant certifications. Infrequent travel may be required.
