Position OverviewWe are accepting applications for PC and Network Engineers capable of PC and Server configuration and troubleshooting. Mandatory responsibilities include OS maintenance, hardware repair, software installation/configuration, LAN maintenance, server administration, new user setup and backups, and upgrading software packages. The role involves on‑site, remote, and telephone support for customers, improving business IT systems in partnership with them. This full‑time, hourly position reports to the Technical Services Manager.
Responsibilities- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of PC computers, servers, backup systems, managed switches, routers, firewalls, commercial and third‑party software packages.
- Exchange Server support, including Office 365, and migration of Windows OS, Exchange, and SQL Servers to newer versions.
- Provide end‑user support and create technology‑related customer quotes.
- Answer support calls, troubleshoot servers, workstations, printers, switches, routers, etc.
- Advise customers on technology decisions and educate them on the use of computer software and hardware.
- Configure, install, and support client/server networks.
- Define scopes of projects and perform project management tasks.
- Clarify customers’ system specifications, understand their work practices and the nature of their business.
- Travel to customer locations as well as work remotely.
- Prepare and provide requested information and documents to customers, and give detailed descriptions of work performed.
- Update service request details and status.
- 5+ years of experience in the Information Technologies industry.
- Microsoft premium certifications preferred; college degree not required.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
- Knowledge of Cisco technologies plus any hardware vendor certifications is a plus.
- Experience with Remote Monitoring & Management desirable.
- Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
- Customer‑oriented professionalism at all times.
- Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance coverage; willingness to provide personal transportation to customer locations with mileage reimbursement.

Salary/Wage$105,000 – $135,000 per year (Base plus Incentive Pay)
