The Aircraft Records Analyst will serve as a key member of the ACM Digital Data department, responsible for the processing and retention of all aircraft maintenance records. This role requires exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to focus. The position is 100% on-site and requires prior data entry experience. Responsibilities:
Learn and understand the policies and procedures of the ACM Digital Data department. Process and review maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness. Identify, track, and upload corrections to discrepant records. Ensure timely, accurate, and synchronized data migration from existing formats into the Air Vault system. Work directly with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and other internal groups when records are needed.

Serve as a liaison to the Compliance group for FAA inquiries. Research and resolve unmatched aircraft data. Distribute and retain documents as required by company and FAA policy. Reconcile all aircraft log pages. Review documents received into the Air Vault system, then index and publish them into their proper location within the system. Complete other assignments and projects as directed by the Coordinator, Supervisor, or Manager.

Qualifications:

Strong accuracy and attention to detail. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to focus and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior data entry experience is required. Pay Range: $20/Hr The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
