Working closely with the IT and Technology Director, you will assist him in the management and maintenance of all the hotel's IT systems and networks. Your main task will be to update and maintain existing technologies to ensure the efficiency of the systems installed.
You will be one of the hotel's key contacts for any IT support required by our customers and employees. As such, you will be available and flexible for any intervention with our customers.
We are looking for candidates with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, a keen sense of service and a strong team spirit.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain end-user hardware and software (OS, applications).
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate complex problems to senior support team members as needed.
Support the onboarding process by preparing workstations, setting up accounts, and ensuring new hires have the necessary access and tools to perform their roles.
Assist with the offboarding process by disabling or deleting user accounts, recovering hardware, and ensuring that company data is properly secured.
Maintain and update inventory of desktop hardware and software.
Ensure that the system meets company standards by performing regular updates and checks.
Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including user guides and procedures.
Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues within established service level agreements (SLAs).
Provide basic training to end-users on software applications and system features.
Perform other IT-related tasks and projects as assigned.
Coordinate with P&C and department managers to ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
The list of tasks specified above is not exhaustive, as your role will require constant adaptation to situations of high activity and specific customer relationship management.
You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.
39-hour seasonal contract
