As Delivery Lead, you will plan, drive, and manage large SAP implementations, establishing operating structures for large‑scale programs and ensuring day‑to‑day delivery leads to successful outcomes for our clients and EY.

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Bear accountability for program/project management, ensuring all objectives are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.

• Understanding of common SAP program delivery challenges and knowledge of leading practices.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and generate revenue.
• Strong analytical skills to develop solutions to complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills to convey ideas and influence stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of project and program delivery methods, including Agile and Waterfall.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with one or more SAP modules.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments in consumer business, manufacturing, technology or industrial products sectors.
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Experience in hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong skills in project and portfolio management tools and understanding of finance and quality management.
• Familiarity with system development lifecycle, contract/vendor management, and resource management.
• Comprehensive understanding of the technology landscape.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel 40–60% of the time.

• Preferred:
  Experience leading diverse teams and managing change.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Track record of building client trust and value.
• Previous consulting experience.
• SAP certification(s).
• Experience with at least two SAP program delivery life cycles.
