Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CRM Configuration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support client implementations and optimization initiatives in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for a consultant who combines strong business consulting skills with hands-on expertise in configuring , optimizing workflows, and driving successful system adoption.
The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and internal delivery teams to understand operational challenges, design scalable solutions, configure to meet business objectives, and ensure successful implementation through user training and ongoing support.
This role requires someone who is highly collaborative, process-oriented, and passionate about helping organizations improve operational efficiency through modern CRM and workflow automation solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience implementing and configuring CRM or workflow management platforms.
- Hands-on experience configuring and administering .
- Strong understanding of CRM implementation methodologies and business process optimization.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Proven ability to configure workflows, dashboards, automations, forms, notifications, permissions, and reporting within
- Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills.
- Experience conducting discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project coordination and implementation experience.
- Experience creating process documentation and user training materials.
- Ability to manage multiple client priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
