Compu Com Staffing in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site end-user support in Tulsa and Okmulgee. You will perform hardware break-fix, IMACD tasks, and ensure devices and software are functioning for daily user productivity.
You will support Lenovo/Dell laptops/desktops, printers, scanners, and mobile hardware, manage assets, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Office, and legacy apps in a Citrix environment while escalating unresolved issues per procedure.
