Senior System Administrator

Seeking a senior-level Microsoft 365 Collaboration Platform Analyst/Level 4 System Adlsa to lead administration, support, governance, and roadmap planning across the enterprise M365 environment. This role will serve as the technical owner for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra , One Drive, and Microsoft licensing while partnering with business stakeholders to drive platform adoption, support operations, and evaluate new Microsoft technologies.

• 8+ years with a (BS degree), 10+ years (AS degree), or 15+ years (HS diploma) of relevant IT experience
• Deep expertise with:
• Exchange Online
• SharePoint Online
• Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft 365 Licensing (E5 and enterprise licensing models)
• Experience administering enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments
• Strong SharePoint Online technical administration experience
• Ability to troubleshoot complex M365 platform issues
• Experience managing M365 roadmaps, governance, and platform strategy
• Strong communication and presentation skills with business stakeholders
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
• Comfortable participating in a rotating on-call support schedule
• Self-starter who can help build processes and support a newly formed team
