  • Support ERP readiness and implementation work from the IT perspective, including requirements, testing, access design, integrations, data needs, documentation, and post-go-live support.
  • Gather and document requirements through stakeholder interviews, workflow reviews, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, and observation sessions.

  • Support reporting and data needs by helping define requirements, data quality concerns, dashboard opportunities, and handoffs to reporting or analytics resources.
  • Promote secure and supportable application practices, including role-based access, least privilege, change control, auditability, data protection, and vendor accountability.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, automate repeatable processes, reduce manual effort, improve integrations, and enhance employee experience.
  • Help prioritize application enhancements based on business value, risk, user impact, cost, technical feasibility, and alignment with Sherwood’s technology roadmap.
  • Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, vendor commitments, and open decisions; provide clear status updates and elevate issues affecting readiness or operations.
