Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator IV — Microsoft 365 for a 12-month hybrid opportunity in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This senior-level technical role will provide end-to-end administration, engineering, governance, and operational support across an enterprise Microsoft 365 environment.

The Systems Administrator IV will serve as a senior technical resource responsible for the reliability, security, governance, licensing, and continued evolution of the Microsoft 365 platform. The role requires deep hands-on expertise across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, One Drive, and Microsoft Entra , along with the ability to provide Tier 3 support and technical leadership across the organization.

This position will also monitor Microsoft’s product roadmap, evaluate emerging capabilities, guide testing and production readiness, manage enterprise identity and access controls, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve organizational processes.

• Lead end-to-end administration, engineering, licensing, and governance of the Microsoft 365 platform
• Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, One Drive, Copilot, and Microsoft Entra
• Manage Microsoft 365 E3/E5 licensing and support effective license governance and optimization
• Build and configure SharePoint sites and manage permissions and security
• Monitor the Microsoft 365 roadmap and evaluate emerging capabilities for business value and security fit
• Guide testing, staging, and production readiness for new Microsoft 365 capabilities
• Provide Tier 3 production support for the Microsoft 365 environment
• Lead root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews for critical platform issues
• Document technical solutions and implement improvements that strengthen system reliability
• Manage enterprise identity and access through Microsoft Entra
• Administer SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, privileged access controls, identity governance, and permissions reviews
• Strengthen platform security and compliance through Microsoft Purview, data classification, DLP, retention, eDiscovery, and Insider Risk Management
• Perform security hardening before major platform changes and feature rollouts
• Analyze business and technical requirements and design scalable Microsoft 365 solutions
• Collaborate across technical and business teams to integrate and improve business processes
• Present technical recommendations and business value to stakeholders and leadership
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the broader IT team
• Participate in rotating 24/7 on-call support for critical Priority 1 production incidents

• 12-Month Contract
• Hybrid — Tulsa, Oklahoma Headquarters
• Onsite Monday through Thursday
• One Remote Day Per Week
• Local Tulsa-Area Candidates Required
• Rotating On-Call Support Required
• Limited After-Hours and Overnight Support for Critical P1 Incidents

• Deep Enterprise Microsoft 365 Administration Experience REQUIRED
• Hands-On Exchange Online Administration Experience REQUIRED
• Hands-On SharePoint Online Administration Experience REQUIRED
• Hands-On Microsoft Teams Administration Experience REQUIRED
• Hands-On One Drive Administration Experience REQUIRED
• Microsoft Entra  / Azure AD Administration Experience REQUIRED
• Microsoft 365 E3/E5 Licensing Knowledge REQUIRED
• Enterprise Identity & Access Management Experience Including SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access REQUIRED
• Senior-Level / Tier 3 Production Support Experience REQUIRED
• Experience Supporting Critical Production Incidents and Performing Root-Cause Analysis REQUIRED
• Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills REQUIRED
• Ability to Provide Technical Leadership and Work with Minimal Supervision REQUIRED
• Willingness to Participate in Rotating 24/7 On-Call Support Including Occasional Overnight P1 Incidents REQUIRED
• Ability to Work Onsite in Tulsa Four Days Per Week REQUIRED
• Must Meet One of the Following Education / Experience Combinations:
  High School Diploma or GED 15 Years of IT Experience;
  Associate’s Degree 10 Years of IT Experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-Related Field 8 Years of IT Experience REQUIRED

• Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Experience Preferred
• eDiscovery and Retention Policy Experience Preferred
• Insider Risk Management Experience Preferred
• Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Experience Preferred
