As IT Analyst III, you will deliver software solutions and maintain existing applications in order to optimize organizational functioning.

- Provides application software development services or technical support
- Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications
- Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications
- Analyzes requirements and maintains, tests and integrates application components in a timely, cost-effective manner
- Provides systems analysis, design and development, including requirements, design, construction, testing and implementation
- Works with the defined business and technical requirements to provide software solutions for implementation into the current environment
- Designs, deploys, and supports Copilot Studio agents to automate business processes, improve user experiences, and scale AI solutions across the enterprise
- Partners with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver automation and AI solutions that improve productivity and operational efficiency
- Develops standards, best practices, training materials, and supports resources to drive successful adoption of Power Platform and AI technologies
- Manages platform operations including environment strategy, deployment pipelines, release management, solution lifecycle management (ALM), monitoring, and support processes for Power Platform and AI solutions
- Other duties as assigned
Experience:
Required:
- High school diploma or GED and a minimum twelve (12) years' IT experience,
- Associate's degree and a minimum eight (8) years' IT experience,
- Bachelor's degree in IT-related field and a minimum five (5) years' IT experience
Other Requirements:
Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills #LI-CT1
