Help Desk Specialist
- Seasons Hospice
- Tulsa, OK

On-Site Position: This role is fully on-site at our Tulsa location and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work. Candidates must be comfortable working on-site Monday through Friday

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year

We’re looking for a customer-focused Help Desk Specialist to join our team in Tulsa. We are a hospice organization serving patients and families across multiple states
, and our IT team plays an important role in supporting the people who provide compassionate care.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems while understanding that responsiveness, professionalism, and empathy matter—especially in healthcare and hospice
. You’ll support employees across a multistate organization, often helping clinical and administrative teams who are working in time-sensitive and sensitive situations.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide responsive, first-level technical support to employees across a multistate hospice organization.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, Microsoft 365, account-access, and other technical issues.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to help desk tickets, phone calls, and support requests.
  • Support clinical, administrative, and operational teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Set up and maintain computers, peripherals, mobile devices, and user accounts.
  • Document issues, solutions, and support activity accurately.
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate IT team.
  • Keep users informed and follow through until issues are resolved.
  • Provide friendly, patient, and professional service to employees who may be working under demanding circumstances.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
  • Highly responsive and dependable, with a strong sense of urgency when needed.
  • Friendly, approachable, and patient demeanor.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and common business applications.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently.
  • Understanding and respect for the sensitive nature of hospice and end-of-life care.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy when supporting healthcare staff.
  • Working knowledge of Well Sky is a plus.
  • CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or other IT certifications are a plus
