Responsibilities
- Consult with bank and financial clients to assess fintech and security technology needs
- Design and recommend integrated financial and security technology solutions
- Collaborate with technical and field teams to implement systems and platforms
- Configure, test, and optimize financial technology and security integrations
- Provide client training and onboarding for new systems and workflows
- Monitor system performance and support troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Ensure solutions align with regulatory, security, and compliance standards
- Develop documentation, reports, and recommendations for client stakeholders
- Maintain long-term client relationships and support account growth opportunities
- Stay current on financial technology and security trends and best practices
