We're looking for a SharePoint Administrator to lead and continuously improve our Microsoft 365 collaboration environment. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape how employees across the organization access information, collaborate on projects, automate processes, and work together more effectively every day.

You'll serve as the primary technical expert for SharePoint Online while helping drive best practices across Teams, One Drive, Microsoft 365 Groups, Power Platform solutions, and emerging AI technologies. If you're passionate about governance, security, automation, and creating exceptional user experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Lead Our SharePoint Environment

You'll be responsible for the overall health, security, and success of SharePoint Online by:

  • Building and maintaining modern SharePoint sites, pages, document libraries, lists, and templates.
  • Developing governance standards that keep content organized, searchable, secure, and compliant.
  • Managing permissions, security groups, metadata, content types, retention policies, and document lifecycle processes.
  • Monitoring platform performance, storage utilization, and user adoption.
  • Conducting security reviews and implementing improvements to strengthen the environment.
  • Planning and executing content migrations and site reorganizations.
  • Creating documentation, standards, and training materials that help employees get the most from SharePoint.
  • Troubleshooting issues and serving as a trusted resource for users across the organization.
  • Partnering with departments to design solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and information management.
  • Developing retention strategies and sensitivity labeling standards to support data governance and compliance.
Expand Collaboration Across Microsoft 365

In addition to SharePoint, you'll help support and evolve our broader Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystem by:
  • Administering Microsoft Teams, One Drive for Business, and Microsoft 365 Groups.
  • Managing external sharing and guest access policies.
  • Supporting licensing and user access related to collaboration tools.
  • Enabling productivity through Microsoft Lists, Planner, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Helping identify and deploy automation opportunities that streamline business processes.
  • Supporting the safe and effective adoption of AI-powered tools and agents within the Microsoft environment.
  • Partnering with IT leadership on security, compliance, and governance initiatives.
What Success Looks Like:

In this role, you'll make a measurable impact by:
  • Creating a secure, reliable, and well-governed SharePoint environment
  • Making it easier for employees to find, share, and manage information
  • Driving adoption of collaboration tools across the organization
  • Streamlining business processes through automation and workflow improvements
  • Supporting a modern digital workplace that balances productivity, security, and compliance

  • Experience administering Microsoft Teams and One Drive.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, permissions, and governance.
  • Experience implementing document management and SharePoint governance best practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.
