Information Technology Project Manager

The IT Project Manager IV leads complex technology projects and programs that support high-impact business objectives. This role combines strategic planning, project execution, risk management, and cross-functional leadership to keep initiatives aligned, organized, and moving toward successful outcomes.

As an IT Project Manager IV, you will:

• Direct multiple large-scale technology initiatives from planning through completion.
• Build and oversee project timelines, budgets, governance documentation, risk tracking, and delivery plans.
• Identify potential obstacles, dependencies, and resource limitations early and develop effective mitigation approaches.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, external partners, and other stakeholders to establish priorities and maintain alignment.
• Deliver concise project updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Guide key decisions by clearly communicating available options, potential impacts, risks, and recommended paths forward.
• Introduce AI, automation, and emerging technologies where appropriate to strengthen project execution and team productivity.

• 7+ years of project management experience and 3+ years supporting IT initiatives (or 11 years of relevant business experience)
• Proven ability to manage sophisticated, cross-functional technology projects
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Ability to bring structure and actionable solutions to complex or uncertain situations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management platforms

• You can grasp complex subjects and effectively strategize how to achieve optimal results.
