We're about 200+ people across manufacturing in Tulsa and Maine, nine retail stores, e-commerce, and distribution, and we're in the middle of a multi-year transformation that includes a full ERP modernization and the integration of CM Almy, which we acquired in 2023.
We're looking for an experienced Network Systems Administrator to own the technology infrastructure that powers our retail, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and corporate operations. You'll serve as the primary systems administrator for our Tulsa operations and the Tier II/III escalation point, and you'll partner with our Maine-based IT team on company-wide initiatives.

- Maintain accurate system documentation, network diagrams, and IT standards.
- Coordinate infrastructure projects with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Provide occasional after-hours support during maintenance windows or emergencies.
- Travel occasionally to company locations as needed.
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure in a business environment.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra (Azure AD), Exchange Online, and Group Policy.
- Experience with VMware, Hyper‑V, or similar virtualization platforms.
- Experience supporting enterprise networking, including switches, routers, wireless networks, VPNs, and firewalls.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while supporting business operations.
- Experience supporting ERP or other enterprise business applications.
- Experience with cybersecurity technologies and best practices.
- Experience leading infrastructure projects, technology evaluations, and disaster recovery testing.
- Experience working with help desk ticketing systems and IT documentation tools.
- Opportunity to lead technology initiatives that directly impact business operations.
- Mix of infrastructure engineering, cybersecurity, systems administration, and strategic planning.
- Variety of technologies across manufacturing, retail, warehouse, and corporate environments.
- Collaborative IT team with cross‑coverage and professional development opportunities.
- Stable, established company with a long history of serving customers…
