Responsibilities

+ Provide Tier II and Tier III support for end users, business applications, and infrastructure systems.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve escalated hardware, software, operating system, and network issues.

+ Administer and maintain Windows Server environments.

+ Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, user accounts, permissions, and security groups.

+ Support Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, and related collaboration tools.

+ Assist with server maintenance, upgrades, and patch management.

+ Support virtualization platforms including VMware and Hyper-V.

+ Monitor system performance, availability, and health.

+ Manage DNS, DHCP, file shares, print services, and network connectivity issues.

+ Assist with backup and disaster recovery processes.

+ Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

+ Participate in infrastructure projects and technology improvement initiatives.

Requirements

+ 2+ years of experience in a Tier II/Tier III Support, Desktop Support, or Systems Administration role.

+ Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments.

+ Strong knowledge of:
Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP Networking, Microsoft 365.

+ Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

+ Experience administering user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

+ Familiarity with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization technologies.

+ Strong customer service and communication skills.

+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests.

+

Experience with Power Shell scripting.

+ Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange environments.

+

Experience with endpoint management solutions.

+ Familiarity with backup solutions such as Veeam.

+ Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.

+ Relevant certifications such as:
CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Fundamentals or Associate Certifications.
