Personal Lines Insurance Specialist

This is a full-time, onsite role. Experience and proper licensing are required.

• Follow up with prospects – WE PROVIDE LEADS!
• Quote and sell policies.
• Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners.
• Follow up and see tasks through to completion.
• Appropriately document contact opportunities.
• Act with professionalism in all cases, using a sales and service mindset.

• Licensing – Property & Casualty License (Required).
• Insurance Experience – Active Property & Casualty License required. Insurance experience necessary.
• Multi-tasking – Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
• Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.

The Person al Lines Insurance Specialist provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. This role is responsible for building relationships and producing insurance sales.
