Licensed Health Insurance Agent

Sagility seeks Licensed Health Insurance Agents to support members for payer and provider clients in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. In this role, you will use your active health insurance license to explain plan options, compare benefits, and guide individuals and families through enrollment while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. You'll leverage analytics-driven tools, CRM systems, and structured workflows to deliver accurate, empathetic, and efficient service.

Collaborating with diverse teams, you will help improve member experience and health outcomes while developing your skills through ongoing training and performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Educate members on health insurance plans, benefits, and coverage options
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate plan offerings
• Process enrollments, changes, and updates accurately in systems
• Ensure all interactions comply with state, federal, and payer regulations
• Protect PHI and follow HIPAA and privacy guidelines
• Use call center/CRM tools to document interactions and outcomes
• Meet or exceed performance metrics for quality, accuracy, and productivity
• Collaborate with team leads to resolve complex member issues
• Stay current on product, policy, and regulatory updates through ongoing training
