We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Associate Attorney with a passion for family law. The ideal candidate is confident in the courtroom, comfortable managing client relationships, and able to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy.

• Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, property division, and post-decree issues
• Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and discovery
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
• Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively for clients
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Oklahoma
• 1–5 years of experience (family law experience strongly preferred)
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and drafting skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently
• Compassionate, client-focused approach
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Experience with high-conflict custody cases
• Familiarity with mediation and collaborative law processes
