Commercial Litigation Attorney
A growing Tulsa area firm is seeking a licensed attorney with 5+ years of experience handling business and construction matters. This attorney will work closely with clients on complex business disputes, construction issues, and partnership disputes in a collaborative, in-office environment that offers flexibility when needed. While extensive trial experience is not required, the attorney must be comfortable navigating the courtroom and managing construction and business cases independently.
Keyresponsibilities and qualifications include:
- Managing matters from intake through resolution with little or no assistant support
- Taking and defending depositions and appearing confidently in court when necessary
- Salary plus bonus compensation, with bonus percentage increasing as you bring in your own business
- Handling a steady flow of construction-related and commercial matters while maintaining strong client relationships
- Active Oklahoma license and good standing as a practicing attorney
