A growing Tulsa area firm is seeking a licensed attorney with 5+ years of experience handling business and construction matters. This attorney will work closely with clients on complex business disputes, construction issues, and partnership disputes in a collaborative, in-office environment that offers flexibility when needed. While extensive trial experience is not required, the attorney must be comfortable navigating the courtroom and managing construction and business cases independently.

• Managing matters from intake through resolution with little or no assistant support
• Taking and defending depositions and appearing confidently in court when necessary
• Salary plus bonus compensation, with bonus percentage increasing as you bring in your own business
• Handling a steady flow of construction-related and commercial matters while maintaining strong client relationships
• Active Oklahoma license and good standing as a practicing attorney
