Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with at least 3 years of trial experience to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients, comfortable managing a caseload independently, and confident in the courtroom.

• Manage all aspects of litigation for personal injury cases, from intake through trial or settlement.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and provide regular updates.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case progress.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for maximum client recovery.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in [State].
• Minimum of 3 years of trial experience
