* Role 1:
Family Law Litigation Attorney*
* * Advocacy:
* Represent clients in complex domestic relations matters, including high-conflict divorce, child custody, asset division, and alimony.
* * Trial Ready:
* Conduct hearings, mediations, and trials; our firm is known for taking an aggressive, results-driven approach when settlement is not an option.
* * Strategy:
* Draft essential legal documents such as motions, briefs, and settlement proposals while managing a high-volume caseload from inception to resolution.

* Collaboration:

* Work alongside a dedicated support team of paralegals and legal assistants to ensure efficient workflow and deadline management.
* Role 2:
Criminal Defense Litigation Attorney*
* * Defense:
* Defend clients against various charges, ranging from misdemeanors (DUI, traffic tickets) to serious felony offenses.
* * Courtroom Presence:
* Handle all stages of the criminal process, including preliminary hearings, sounding dockets, and jury trials.
* * Zealous Representation:
* Develop innovative litigation strategies and motions to protect clients' rights and mitigate potential life-altering consequences.
* * Client Support:
* Provide clear, strategic counsel to individuals navigating stressful legal crises, maintaining 24/7 availability for urgent client needs.
* Qualifications*
* * Licensure:
* Active license to practice law in Oklahoma and in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar Association.
