Associate Attorney

This is a full-time on-site role based in Tulsa, OK, for an Associate Attorney at Secrest, Hill & Butler & Secrest. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, conducting comprehensive legal research, and representing clients in legal matters. The role also includes providing counsel in labor and employment law, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal frameworks in a professional and ethical manner.

• Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in Law, including Commercial Defense Law, to handle legal cases and advise clients effectively.
• Strong skills in providing Legal Advice and offering well-informed and strategic counsel to meet client needs.
• Proficiency in conducting thorough Research to support legal arguments and case strategies.
• Strong Negotiation skills to represent clients in settlements and alternative dispute resolutions.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active membership in a state bar association, preferably in Oklahoma.
• Prior experience working with labor and employment law or litigation is advantageous.
