This part-time on-site role, based in Tulsa, OK, involves supporting the legal operations of Cullen Investigations. Responsibilities include assisting with case management, organizing legal documents, conducting legal research, coordinating with investigators, tracking case project timelines, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. You will work closely with the legal and investigative teams to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy in all aspects of the company's cases.

• Proficiency in case management, document organization, and administrative coordination
• Strong research skills and familiarity with legal processes
• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with legal software or case management tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in private investigations, legal support, or fact-finding is preferred but not required
