Join Aristocrat, a leader in creative innovation where your skills will flourish! As an Inbound Receiving Supervisor, you’ll have a meaningful role in maintaining seamless operations within our world‑class transportation and shipping department.
What You’ll Do- Coordinate daily receiving operations, ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing, and clear communication across departments.
- Maintain procedures that promote efficiency, safety, and adherence.
- Review performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage receiving documentation in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), including freight damage reporting.
- Support team development through mentoring, feedback, and training.
- Maintain an organized and safe dock environment.
- Coordinate workflows between TIC and 3PL cross‑dock locations.
- Work with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and shipment issues.
- Manage freight claims and keep necessary records.
- Monitor important measures such as receiving accuracy, dock‑to‑stock time, and damage rates.
- Adjust staffing and task assignments based on workload.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and operational requirements.
- Knowledge of receiving and warehouse operations.
- Ability to coordinate shipments with internal teams and 3PL partners.
- Experience handling freight claims and shipment discrepancies.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, including receiving, inventory, and shipping modules.
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data review).
- Ability to lead teams and support process improvements.
- Skill in analyzing data and identifying root causes.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Ability to interpret instructions and convert them into operational steps.
- Comfort working with basic statistical concepts.
- Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing processes.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast‑paced, manufacturing setting leading a logistics team.
- Knowledge of ERP systems with hands‑on experience in modules related to inventory, shipping, receiving, and scheduling.

Pay Range$45,500 - $84,500 per year
