Salary: $50,000-$65,000 annually (paid bi-weekly)

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

Paul Logistics is seeking an Account Manager to support a dedicated customer operation in Oklahoma City. Working on‑site at the customer’s facility, this role serves as the primary liaison between the customer and Paul Logistics, ensuring freight moves efficiently, communication remains proactive, and service expectations are consistently exceeded.

The ideal candidate has experience in transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, supply chain, or customer operations and enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and coordinating transportation solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and maintain strong working relationships
  • Coordinate daily transportation activities and shipment execution
  • Communicate shipment updates and resolve service‑related issues
  • Work closely with carriers, brokers, drivers, and internal operations teams to ensure seamless service
  • Monitor freight activity and proactively address operational challenges
  • Support capacity planning, routing, and transportation strategy discussions
  • Review performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Analyze transportation data and reporting to support customer objectives
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and account support
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, supply chain, customer operations, or account management preferred
  • Experience supporting steel pipe transportation operations strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships and effectively manage customer expectations
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
  • Experience with transportation management systems (TMS), CRM platforms, and logistics software preferred
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
